How does it benefit me?

You control when your next years fuel is purchased. In the past we have made purchases in the off season and hoped it would be at a lower rate. If you think the energy market will move to your advantage, you control when to purchase your fuel.

How much can I buy?

A minimum of 200 gallons per purchase. A maximum of your average yearly usage.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to you. We do require a .20 cent per gallon down payment. This down payment will be applied to your fuel purchase.

How many purchases can I make?

As many as you want. Prices will be blended together and sold to you as an average price.

How do I find out the weekly price?

The price will be posted on our website. Click on Stanford Advantage Pick Your Price tab on the home page. You will be taken to a page that explains the program. Click on the Login icon at the bottom. You will be directed to a page that requires a password, once entered the price for that week will be displayed. Our web address is www.stanfordlpgas.com

What if I don't have the internet?

Just call our office and we can tell you the posted price over the phone.

What about pre-buy, budget, or net 10 days payment programs?

This program only lets you buy when you think the price is right. If you pre-buy there will be a .10 cent discount off the blended price. Payment if full will be due by the end of June. Net 10 day customers will receive a .03 cent discount off the blended price. Payment will be due 10 days after delivery. Budget customers will continue to make monthly payments

What happens if I change my mind after the making a purchase?

You will forfeit your down payment. Remember it is non-refundable.

When is the down payment due?

The down payment is due during the same week you purchase the fuel. There will be a form that requires your signature as well as the down payment.

What does blended price mean?

If you make several different purchases, each at a different price the purchases will be blended together to give you a selling price for the year.

How often will prices change?

We will post the price every Monday at 12:00 noon. It will remain until the following Monday. If the price goes up or down your guess is a good as ours.

What if I do not want to participate in the advantage program?

We will still offer our price protection programs as we have in the past. We will set our prices just as before.

How long is the contract good for?

The programs and contracts run from June 1st through May 31st.

What if I don't use all the fuel I purchased?

Just as in the past, the pricing is good until May 31st. If you have money left on your account it will remain there for purchases the following year.

What if I use more than I have purchased?

You will receive your current planned price. (Excluding pre-buy)

What is the password for finding the weekly price?

All you need to do is register, we will then ok it.
